Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of StoryMind, a service operated by Aumivi AG, Lerchenfeldstrasse 3, 9014 St. Gallen, Switzerland, in collaboration with Jyoti Guptara. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee admission, a place by a particular date, a particular feature set, or future commercial terms. Invitations are personal to the recipient unless Aumivi AG agrees otherwise. We may prioritise requests based on capacity, product fit, and the learning needs of the early-access programme.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account and must have authority to submit any company material or personal data you provide. One person must not share an account in a way that defeats access controls.

StoryMind is an early-access service under active development. Features, limits, data formats, and availability may change. We may correct, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Do not rely on StoryMind for emergency, safety-critical, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

You retain your rights in text, files, sources, and other material that you submit. You grant Aumivi AG a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, transmit, secure, back up, and process that material only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and perform a separately authorised Alpha improvement activity. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for this licence.

As between you and Aumivi AG, you may use StoryMind-generated stories and assets that are produced from your authorised inputs for your internal and external work, subject to these Terms and any rights in third-party inputs or references. Because AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction and may resemble material generated for others, Aumivi AG does not promise exclusive ownership or registrability. You are responsible for review, fact checking, rights clearance, and final publication decisions.

The StoryMind name, DOMINO methodology, platform software, interface, templates, documentation, and other materials supplied by Aumivi AG or Jyoti Guptara remain their property or the property of their licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service, no licence to copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or create a competing service is granted.

Do not submit unlawful material, credentials, payment-card data, malware, information you lack authority to process, or unnecessary sensitive personal data. Do not bypass access controls, probe another tenant, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, infringe rights, impersonate a person, or use outputs deceptively, discriminatorily, or unlawfully.

If you are an EU or Swiss consumer and mandatory consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract, you may exercise that right within the applicable statutory period using the contact details in this document. If you expressly ask us to begin a digital service before that period ends, any loss of withdrawal rights will be handled only as permitted by applicable law and after the required information and consent have been provided. You may cancel an account at any time; cancellation does not remove obligations that arose before cancellation.

We welcome direct resolution first: contact hello@storymind.net and describe the issue. EU consumers may also contact their national consumer advice or alternative-dispute-resolution body. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was available for online consumer disputes at the time of this version; consult the current European Commission consumer-dispute information because its availability and successor process may change.

No fee is due merely for joining the waitlist. If paid plans become available, the price, taxes, billing interval, renewal, trial, cancellation, refund, and payment terms will be shown before purchase. A verified billing event, not a browser return from checkout, controls paid access.

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, StoryMind is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and Aumivi AG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, product liability, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes and will identify the current version. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or operational necessity. You may stop using StoryMind at any time.

Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules. The courts at St. Gallen, Switzerland, have jurisdiction where legally permitted. Mandatory rights to bring a claim in the consumer’s place of residence remain unaffected.
